Private one-to-one Sessions
We decide together how often. You decide how many. Always free to change your mind.A helpful note: If we schedule sessions at a regular rhythm (e.g. every Thurs at 3pm for 5 sessions), it supports a deeper recalibration of your resilient, integrated, rhythmic physiology.

The majority of my sessions are offered via video call.Sessions will take place via Zoom.Alternatively, we can meet on Brave Talk if you'd prefer a data-sovereignty-prioritized platform. My Zoom settings are set to the most privacy-forward options, though I’m more than happy to host our meetings on Brave Talk if that feels the most aligned for you.
Location: Outdoors
I offer a limited number of outdoor nature sessions per week in and around Vancouver, BC. If this piques your interest or curiosity, ask me about this during our initial connection call.
Flexible Pricing
I have no set rates. Instead, we decide this together from a place of mutual sovereignty, balanced care, and trust.I believe healthy, collaborative relationships are formed on a foundation where each individual’s personal integrity and unique needs are valued and included. Setting aside the one-size-fits-all model, we are free to decide what feels correct for us in the present moment of our lives, and for our unique partnership.We can chat about this more in the initial connection call. My intention is for this process of collaborative choice to feel liberating and even nourishing!
Session Structure
For the sessions themselves, there is no plan; except to have no plan!For you: Simply come exactly as you are and engage in a free-association conversation, where everything is welcome and encouraged. Your only job is enjoyment!For me, your coach: Every session is a spontaneous attunement to your biology’s self-organizing impulses. We simply follow this naturally-calibrated current and enjoy the unique and resourceful pathway it takes to the exact experiences your biology needs—in the organically-intelligent order and timing that only your system knows.Some education will also be a part of our sessions, so that you can be empowered to bring the deep, easeful healing of OI into your everyday life.

In my role as an Organic Intelligence® Coach, I am willingly committed to the code of ethics outlined by the US Association for Body Psychotherapy (of which OI™ is a top-tier-recognized member).
